Good Morning World!

Roosters have been crowing for at least the last 3 hours so....it's time to motivate. Apparently I slept through a thunder and lightening storm that Amanda said lit up our room.Hmmmmm!Spent yesterday morning with our families and friends. A good part of it was spent just loving my Honduran grandmother, Amalia. She teetered into the yard, barefoot, with her walking stick, and the earrings I gave her still in her ears. She smothered my neck with kisses as she thanked God for my safe return. She joined me in church until her poor body couldn't take the chair any longer. In between things we interviewed other families by taking a ride in the car, up what they call roads here and poking around. Sad to say you can find hungry children everywhere. Continued work on the house. Steps are being built for the children to access the yard, floors were rebleached and the truck DID arrive as scheduled from Trinidad!Today brings an early trip to San Pedro Sula (2 1/2 hours one way) to purchase final materials, paint, and groceries. More later. Have a great day and enjoy the fact that you get to live elsewhere!

  2. Hi, Ho!
remember that are a few of us who might be a little jealous of your time there.... even though there are other parts of the world we like....
Container arrives in P.C. next Tuesday, I believe. It got out on time! Blessings,
